I'm new here. It's cool. The first teller when u walk in is nice. Very nice
What an incredible person Lori K. at 19th Street in Allentown was today. She walked me through the scary stuff of someone hacking my credit card. She took time to a calm me down and reassure me that in a few minutes I would have a new card. She looked at all my past expenses. How reassuring it was to know I wouldn’t need to spend my entire Saturday re-entering my new card. She helped me activate it. Wow. This old gal is a super satisfied customer. I have been since 1988!!!
Thomas was learning and did a fantastic job doing his first cashiers check
