Great customer service from the team and quick to respond.
They guys are great. I called up wanting to buy more ram for my NAS which I bought from them, and they suggested I first try changing a few settings and my VMs work a lot better now and I didnt have to upgrade any RAM! Theyre honest and pretty helpful. Edit - Some of the negative reviews are a joke. Dont take them with any weight. QNAPshop are excellent to deal with!

WOW!!! This is my 3rd purchase of 3.5 HDDs from here and I am hands down the happiest customer ever. Their price matching is excellent to say the least! But this recent purchase of 5 x 18tb WD Ultrastars is just unbelievable, NO competitor is OZ or Amazon USA was even close! I have verified warranty on all my purchases directly from WD and Seagate and are legitimate Australian units.
