To Club Qm, Thank you for ignoring my letter from February and request for contact, back in June, on your website. Just because it’s a hard conversation to have as we want to cancel, does not make it appropriate, ethical or right to ignore a client of 6 years! Especially since there was deception on your company’s representatives when we purchased. We would not recommend anyone to get caught up in this. We were given misinformation to purchase. We have never been able to get into to use it, rent it or have had been "lucky" enough to reap any rewards/ benefits from this purchase. The huge amount of money we have thrown into this has given us nothing in return. We have been waiting over 3 months for this company to work with us to get out. I own two timeshares with QM Corporations. I’ve had terrible experiences the last two times I have stayed there. It took 1 1/2 hours to check in because the key maker was broken. The TV’s didn’t work the entire week we were up there. The carpets were filthy. I spoke with numerous people about this and was told I would get a refund for the week. That never happened. I left numerous messages on by no one called me back. Terrible experience.

It is February 10th and I haven’t received my 1098 for taxes yet. I keep being put off. They verbally told me the first time that my interest for 2019 was 708.36 with a remaining balance on mortgage of $4,339.18. They also said they had sent the 1098 on January 31. It never came. I called again on February 7th, they’re second quote by Rita and supervisor Veronica, was $670.87 interest with a mortgage left of $5148.18. What the hell! Then this is the clincher. Don't ever deal with this company. If i had the time and money, I would sue. Very hard to get ahold of someone to talk about payment arrangments cause maintenance fees keep going up. I sold one of my weeks back in Oct, here its Jan, never got a check back. Customer service sucks, never could get my requested time at my resort. Its not like a store where you can take your business elsewhere, your stuck forever. Wish i could get my money back. The worst mistake ever.

We have been thunderbird owners since the 1980s which was good at that time but we got pressured with a phone call over the computer to sign our thunderbird resort deed back to them and we had to sign a contract over the phone which we really never did sign.. it is not our initials .. that person isn’t there either..so we have never been able to trade it for nothing..tried .. nothing available.. so we called and asked about paying monthly fees monthly and they said they would send us something.. wait that person isn’t there ... read more

My brother and I inherited the Club QM timeshare from my mother. I wish we had let it go to collections as it's worthless. We can't get into any of the resorts EVER not can we get into any of locations affiliated through Interval International. The website is difficult to navigate to figure out, nothing is ever shown as available no matter how far out you attempt to book. And if you try to make a trade nothing comes of it. My girl friend and I were sold a timeshare under false pretenses. My girl friend and I was in there for 4 or 5 hours as they explained the benefits. Not only was it an amazing offer but we would be buying at a reduced rate.We declined the offer several times and they kept coming back several times reducing the price. They made it sound so good.
