Tried to make a booking over the phone but communication was poor and the call was abruptly ended before anything was confirmed. Very disappointing customer service experience and I won’t be using this business again.
The massage was excellent, very friendly, the place was clean and comfortable, and it was an extremely good experience.

It was easy to make an appointment. I arrived at the centre and was greeted at the door and welcomed in. The centre is very professional and also relaxing with soft music playing. The rooms are very clean. My therapist suggested a deep tissue massage for my tight muscles. I was very satisfied with my massage.
I have a problem with my right shoulder where I attended Gosford massage shop. I was very surprised ladies were matured age, very friendly. I described my problem to therapist. I was impressed there was diagrams of the body on the wall of the massage room so straight away therapist knew exactly where to concentrate massaging.
