This place is great. Very clean, good coffee and great service.
"Great staff, night and day difference between service at other covenience stores. Good hot dogs." Review from 5 Star review 8 years ago. All locations have gotten horrible. Dirty, drug addicts hanging out, never fully stocked, switched from Mel'o'cream to frozen donuts, used to get hot dogs all the time, roller grills are nasty, the list goes on. Nothing like they used to be. You would think the money they take in from gambling would be used to make the stores better. Par for Springfield I guess.
Management has no problem telling customers, like my 70 year old father who loves joking, that joking makes an employee (with a filthy mouth) uncomfortable and he's no longer welcome. However seems to have no problem watching an employee argue with a boyfriend in the parking lot, complete with running around and then off in her car.
