Tomoya is amazing at what he does! Not only helps treat and fix the problem you are facing but actually address’s the root cause which could be coming from somewhere else in your body unknown to you! He also provides helpful techniques to practice at home! He is kind and professional and i would recommend him to anyone!

Tomoya has been helping me with muscle tightness from marathon training. He has helped release my sore glutes, hamstrings and tight hips. His methods are unique - dry needling on my hands and forearms to help with tightness in my legs - but he has taught me that it's all connected. I'm now able to do my long runs without feeling tight tingly sensations or sciatica afterwards. I will definitely keep my treatments up.
