Tomoya has been helping me with muscle tightness from marathon training. He has helped release my sore glutes, hamstrings and tight hips. His methods are unique - dry needling on my hands and forearms to help with tightness in my legs - but he has taught me that it's all connected. I'm now able to do my long runs without feeling tight tingly sensations or sciatica afterwards. I will definitely keep my treatments up.
