When I went in for my most recent appointment, I mentioned to Jen that I was retaining water, as I was up 3 pounds from the day before. She did a treatment to drain excess fluids, and two days later I'm 4.5 pounds lighter! How awesome is that?! Jen creates such a soothing environment that I leave every appointment feeling calm and energized. Totally worthy of five stars!
