The best gym ever! The trainers are absolutely amazing, and there’s such a great variety of classes. What really makes this place special, though, is the close-knit and welcoming community. I honestly don’t think anyone who joins would ever want to leave—even after reaching their fitness goals. It feels like so much more than just a gym!
Not for me, still paying for a membership I did not use or enjoy.
QI Flow Studio is the best exercise platform! I absolutely love their strength and movement classes. The sessions are engaging, challenging, and enjoyable. All the trainers are amazing — they are supportive, motivating, and make every class such a positive experience. I cannot recommend Qi Flow Studio enough! It is an absolute sanctuary with the most welcoming, grounding energy. I love their holistic approach to health and wellness—it is focused on mind, body, and spirit, making it so different from your typical gym. The instructors are incredibly encouraging and truly honour your personal journey. Do yourself a favour and book a class—you will walk out feeling completely refreshed and re-energised!
Great place! All trainers and members are so supportive, it's a real community! I am half way through the 6 week challenge and am getting results. I highly recommend Qi Flow Studio.
