Absolutely loving all the different classes. It's such a welcoming space too.
The classes are just right for me at 5:30 am. I can manage to do strengthen and movement classes twice a week which compliments my very slow running on another two days of the week. It is great that I can book the classes that suit my schedule each week. The sessions are enjoyable as well as challenging. I’m certainly getting much fitter.
Love the variety of classes. I especially love the wonderful and supportive staff!
