I recently attended a meditation session at Qi Flow Studio because I was looking for a safe space to switch off, reset, and do a little healing. I honestly can’t speak highly enough of the experience. It was powerful, emotional, and unlike anything I’ve done before. Sandra in strength and movement classes and Cassandra the Areal Flow class trainers were absolutely supportive one o one, coming and checking with individuals making sure doing exercises right.
I love the range of classes offered at Qi Flow! (If you haven’t tried aerial yoga yet it’s well worth it!). Maggie and the team have created a wonderful community where everyone is supported and people are encouraged to have a go, regardless of their starting level, and to work towards improving their overall health and wellbeing. Qi Flow has everything from soul nourishing yin yoga to cardio and strength classes - there really is a class for everyone!
Maggie and the Qi Flow team have welcomed and embraced me into my weight loss, health and fitness journey. It is a wonderful community with gorgeous, generous, friendly people, skilled and helpful nutritionists and teachers and a diverse variety of high and low intensity activities to give you a holistic path towards wellness! I can’t recommend them enough xx
