The range of classes is greater than anything else in the area. You’d have to get three other memberships to get the same level of choice. And the instructors are so good and professional. A wonderful place and a great team.
The whole experience of this gym is set up wonderfully to support you in your personal journey. Maggie and her team really go above and beyond. The range of classes is pretty diverse for a small gym as well, so you can really try everything out, is a lot of fun.
6 weeks challenge changed my bad habbit of consuming food. Nutrition consulting was very helping too. I'm now more healthy, physically strong. I love how they support members to keep up with the program. If you are looking for fun and enjoyable work out this is the place you should go to.
