I just completed Nick's Qigong 5 day challenge - what can I say? I'm feeling fabulous and and so grateful to have been a participant in this one, it was epic. Nick has this way of weaving his deep knowledge and passion into easy to understand engaging sessions, there's always something new to pick up.
