I enjoy coming to this spa it has been a great experience every time. I booked an appointment for a 60 minute hot stone massage because my back and neck was very tight and sore from wrestling. After the massage was done I felt a huge difference I was able to move my neck without any discomfort.

i did the 20 min chair massage, first of all, unsanitary, the face part they used paper towel which didnt even cover the whole head piece, all i could think about was the acne id probably have after. Didnt ask which area they should focus on, so i told them where and she proceeded to focus on the opposite side majorly of the time and left the side i NEEDED most for the last few minutes. She pulled my arms to the back and started pulling me roughly it was awkward and I left feeling worse.
NBS!!! They wasnt to bad they never are this why im giving atleast 3 stars but this my second time going there and im tireddddd of them offering you a service then acting like you picked a more expensive one and still charge you for it , we picked a 75$ each deep tissue 60 minute service and got charged 100$ each and then they have the audacity to make you pay tip he knew better not to ask for tip again playing funny games like that, overall i suggest yall watch the price change game they have going on & dont let them act li... read more
