I had treatment today ..this was what I was left with after the job.. not happy ,all seals not redone .. Grout with mould still .. The flaking wall (caused by damp? Just left. Will be contacting them. This isn't acceptable
DO NOT USE! If I could give a Zero star I would. They came to do a survey in January then disappeared off the face of the earth while my children were in a mouldy room because of the pointing outside. They were finally contacted by kirklees Council 4 months later and arranged to carry out the work a week later. I waited all day for him to turn up to do a full day's work (when carried out properly) and he finally turned up to do it at around 2:10pm he carried out the work in no more than 45mins and did a diabolical job.
