We had a wonderful experience at QE home Southcente mall! A knowledgeable and friendly Persian girl greeted us with a warm beautiful smile and went above and beyond to help us to find the perfect pillow. Her expertise and kind attitude made our shopping experience so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend this store great product even better service!
I had a very disappointing experience at QE Store on March 27. When I asked the two staff members (both around 60 years old with a heavy accent) for recommendations, they suggested bamboo. I mentioned that I prefer 100% cotton, but one of the staff a shorter lady rudely said that the material would be better than my jacket. That was extremely disrespectful.
Friday night profiling I have been a customer of this establishment and this store for a while. June 21st 2024 I walked in with my family. I plainly stated I needed a quilt cover and that’s all I would need. So I was asked oh I donno… 5-6 times if I needed sheets and why I wasn’t buying sheets, I was patronized over pillows and all I KEPT REPEATING between her and her other human at my complete neck!
