We had a great experience here. This store had great unique pieces and we especially loved the sales guy, Gil. Very friendly and knowledgeable ☺️
I went to quilts, etc., to buy a new duvet for my king-size bed The lady who was helping me in the store was Susie I had such a great experience with her. She was so knowledgable about all the different kinds of duvets. She was so informative and gave me so much information on all of them before I had to make a decision. Always come here for bedding
The old lady at this sevenoaks location is by far the least qualified person to be working at this store. Has absolutely no knowledge about her stuff and return policies. I had to return a couple items to the langley store purchased 1 day ago because she made up her own return policy and refused to return them. Langley store took the returns no question asked. The store itself is good but they need to ask the old lady to either take some time off or just find another job. This old lady is rude to the max and is ready to call the security on Kids in seconds. They need to replace her and let her go. We spend $15-$20,000 a year with QE for staging purposes and yet she hasn’t learnt how to treat others with respect. My son with friends was in the store on March 19th 2026 in the late evening hrs and wanted to show his friends the $600 duet cover he’s got on his birthday from this store... read more
