I had a mixed experience here. The East Asian lady was very kind and helped me finding what I needed. Their bedding products are also quite good quality, which I appreciate. I washed it before putting on my bed and it did not shrink. Unfortunately, my interaction with one of the other staff members was disappointing. The young Southeast Asian (Indian?) girl I spoke with the other day was shirtless and unprofessional, which really took away from the experience.
Today I considered changing my quilt sets, and the staff patiently showed me five different patterns. I was very conflicted but finally chose the red one to welcome the New Year. I love their bedding and appreciate their enthusiastic, professional attitude every time I shop there.
I came for purchasing the duvet cover. After Michelle’s careful matching and introduction, she is very experienced in bedding matching and introduced me to bamboo bed sheets, silk duvet and throws. She is very enthusiastic and responsible!
We like this store. A few purchases over the years and always nice products. Only found out today that my dear wife purchased over 500 plus worth for sheets and accessories, last week. Beech Bliss sheets made of 100% Tencel (sustainable) and according to online "watchout, cotton: Tencel fibers are having a moment". We call these sheets are "the butter sheets", but if I had a say, definitely would want traditional sheets because that's I roll AND because Tencel is OVER PRICED.
