Their products are defective, also one of the workers there is very rude and ignorant. I tried to return their vacuum sealed lumbar support that did not expand after 48hrs. But their worker said:" you can't return this product beause you opened it" ...OMG .......logical thinking does not work with their staffs...
The two ladies were friendly, however, the one older lady was very unkind, snarky, rude and complaining about the other employee. Very unprofessional.

Decided to update our master bedroom with a new spring look!!! I just LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the Jana pattern, matched perfectly with some accessories I already had. Love that the duvet covers have the ties inside, makes washing and changing the cover so much simpler and keeps the duvet in place! Always impressed with the quality and all on sale!
