Popped into Q&E Home at the mall just to scout out whether they had brought back my absolute favorite luxurious eucalyptus luxe tencel sheets in deep, vibrant plum. My grandmother came To the mall on a trip yesterday with her retirement home and she was telling me how a really nice mullatto girl employee helped her out unfortunately she didn’t get the name but she said she received wonderful customer service from her but also the other employees working there. Thank you so much for taking care of my grandmother providing excellent customer service QE Home she said she will return again when she gets the chance thank you.

Their products are defective, also one of the workers there is very rude and ignorant. I tried to return their vacuum sealed lumbar support that did not expand after 48hrs. But their worker said:" you can't return this product beause you opened it" ...OMG .......logical thinking does not work with their staffs...

The two ladies were friendly, however, the one older lady was very unkind, snarky, rude and complaining about the other employee. Very unprofessional.
