The two ladies were friendly, however, the one older lady was very unkind, snarky, rude and complaining about the other employee. Very unprofessional.

Love that the duvet covers have the ties inside, makes washing and changing the cover so much simpler and keeps the duvet in place! Always impressed with the quality and all on sale!
