A lot of the products say 100% cotton but they're not ok for skin to touch so I don't know how so many things can be called 100% cotton but feel so obviously different. I really liked the pillow case product with the paw prints with zippers so it was a shame the material sucks

I came across a strange behavior at Guildford location from a tall Caucasian woman with almost blonde hair on Monday. I was looking for specific sheets due to my skin issues and tried to reach out to a staff member. Since the cashier was busy helping out another customer I tried to ask her for help. She abruptly ignored me and walked into the backroom, and despite calling for assistance she turned a deaf ear. Later on when she came out she started helping another customer who wasn't brown.
