I have spent quite a lot of money here and have purchased a lot of high quality items. I've had very pleasant conversation with the employees as well. That being said I was there today and the employee working was extremely rude to my daughter and to my wife and I. So rude that I felt it necessary to publicly leave a bad review and to take my business elsewhere.
I was in your St Catharine’s Pen Centre store this past weekend & employee Lisa displayed excellent service & product knowledge! She was so helpful & really knew her stuff! I couldn’t purchase my sheets that day but planned to come back. I ended up deciding to go online to buy them and needed to reconfirm the info for the product so I called the store. I had the pleasure of speaking with Nick who was most helpful as well. You have a great team at that store.
