Beware ….I bought the “Pearl Silk duvet” supposed to be cool and light but it’s not. It’s heavy and hot. Not the quality I bought before. Paid $250 and they will not give me an exchange or refund.
In and out in 15mins! Jessica helped us with everything and very pleasant, might I add! All around incredible customer service and we were happy to spend more than we should have! Also, their Black Friday deals are amazing!
I have spent quite a lot of money here and have purchased a lot of high quality items. I've had very pleasant conversation with the employees as well. That being said I was there today and the employee working was extremely rude to my daughter and to my wife and I. So rude that I felt it necessary to publicly leave a bad review and to take my business elsewhere.
