I've shopped here before and had a great experience buying bedding and sheet sets. The staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, today's exchange experience was completely different. This male salesperson in the store is ridiculously lazy, can’t be bothered with customers at all, and his attitude is straight-up awful. Honestly, he’s ruined the whole store—I’ll never come here again!

Very rude staff. Doesn't care. If you want to address only specific customers.. why open in a mall.. not even good response for queries.. please hire some responsible staff who cares about business.
