I really like this store. We went today to get pillows and I received a 10/10 shopping experience! The associates were so patient and was a pleasant to talk to this has become our go-to place for bedding and we’ll definitely be returning!
richmond center服务员态度很无语，几个年纪大的每次去都面无表情，十几年都是那个服务态度！买了100多的产品给了个破塑料袋，连像样的购物袋都不舍得给非得让顾客掏钱买！购物体验感很尴尬！
The store associates spoke to me in mandarin. I am Chinese but speak English, French, Russian, Arabic, and German. This is Canada. Speak English and French to start. If you have other language capabilities then pursue that as a follow up and not as your opener This behaviour is barbaric and so off putting. I was also given a bag for two items that could be easily carried by hand, completely unsolicited, and charged for it. This is not the way I expect a Certified B Corp. company to conduct its business.
The quality of the duvet covers is not good. The fabric on the underside is very thin and developed large tears in multiple spots making it unusable. Really disappointed that such an expensive product does not last more than a couple years.
This store sells good quality bedding accessories. (Mainly cotton-related) The staff is overall helpful and friendly. Keep it up!
