Love the store, but they changed their pillows that I have been buying there for at least 15 years. So a little disappointed as these ones are definitely not the same.
I have shopped at qehomes in Carlingwood Mall for about 10 years. I have purchased several duvets, quilts, pillows and duvet covers. The products are beautiful and the staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable. It has always been a great experience shopping there. I like that some products are final sale bevause i do not want duvets or pillows that someone has returned.
Do not ever shop at the Carlingwood location. The manager not only has zero customer service skills but she refuses to advertise before time of purchase on any signage that some products are always final sale products. I have never felt so insulted as a customer and will make sure to take all of my business elsewhere.
