Very knowledgeable staff and super friendly
The store had what we were looking for and the staff was very helpful in helping us decide which of the two options was the best for us.
I am not happy with the quality of ANY of the 3 items I have purchased in the past year or so. Should have just used the $400+ to order a quality blanket from some family blanket-making enterprise out in the Maritimes or wherever. Half of the substance of one blanket came out in the dryer filter so now I have an almost threadbare blanket Yikes! No wonder the receipt said 'NO RETURNS'.
A wonderful experience at this store. Needed some real silk pillowcases for a gift, the staff were really lovely. I presented them tonight. She loved them! Especially the one whose colour is thundercloud🙂. The extra 30% off was unexpected and appreciated.
