Kaitlyn was super helpful and found me exactly what I was looking for right before closing time. Thank you again :)
Great store and the staff are very professional helpful and knowledgeable, they always make my shopping experience pleasant
Amanda was very helpful and went out of her way to help me. She’s incredible! The store also has very nice options. Very pleased with my purchase. Will be going back
Service was very good, prompt and professional. Unfortunately, after 1 week of use my $100 eucalyptus fitted sheet started pilling. Edit: They replaced the product and I couldn't be happier with the exceptional service!
Customer service at this store is amazing! Amanda was so knowledgeable and helpful when it came to purchasing the proper bedding for me and my wife that met both of our needs. She knew everything about all the products being sold in the store. I highly recommend visiting the St. Laurent location and seeking out recommendations and assistance from Amanda if you are looking to acquire new bedding.
