Service was very good, prompt and professional. Unfortunately, after 1 week of use my $100 eucalyptus fitted sheet started pilling. Edit: They replaced the product and I couldn't be happier with the exceptional service!
Customer service at this store is amazing! Amanda was so knowledgeable and helpful when it came to purchasing the proper bedding for me and my wife that met both of our needs. She knew everything about all the products being sold in the store. I highly recommend visiting the St. Laurent location and seeking out recommendations and assistance from Amanda if you are looking to acquire new bedding.
The attention to detail and customer service were top-notch. I was assisted by Amanda who was incredibly helpful in finding the perfect pillow and case for me. Not only did she help me choose items that were exactly what I needed, but she also provided me with valuable advice on how to maintain their quality. Call me impressed.
Bought new pillows and new sheets about a week ago now and the quality is just amazing! Amanda was the one helping me and she was great! Not only did she answered all of my questions but she also was super friendly 😊! She took the time to really understand what I was looking for, and recommended the perfect sheets/ pillows for me!
