I have been hooked on QE home for just over a year now. The quality is amazing and the esthetics of the products are so beautiful. It's next level high quality bedding and sheets. Masi is so helpful everytime I visit the Vaughan Mills location. It's become my new happy place. I visited this weekend and treated myself for International Woman's Day to a new set Tencel sheets. I brought comforter 4 months ago!! Very poor quality ! I have not washed or dry cleaned comforter yet, still filling has already started to come out.
5/5 stars for Anastasia who took the time to explain every detail about their duvets and pillows to us. She was professional, knowledgeable, kind, patient and we never pressured or pushed us to make a purchase. We also loved that she was honest about what product is best for one's needs, instead of only recommending the most expensive or luxurious products. Incredible customer service.
