I recently bought some items from Market Mall (transaction 272400), date 11/16/2025 and was assisted by Shanon (I believe that’s her name). Unfortunately, I found her service lacking: - She wasn’t willing to share product information openly. - She seemed disinterested and not enthusiastic. - Her behavior was very stern and unwelcoming, similar to dealing with an immigration officer. I hope the store addresses these issues for better customer interaction.

The Market Mall Store Team absolutely deserves five stars ! This time I was assisted by Carolina and she was very knowledgeable about how the various duvet cover fabrics would work in the different seasons and which materials also worked during the shoulder season! My experience with the duvet cover was exactly as she had predicted. This is not my first purchase from QE and I feel that the entire team wants to make sure you get exactly what you came for! They want happy and satisfied customers!
Jo-Anne Customer service has always been excellent. Staff is very polite and knowledgeable. Will continue to be a loyal shopper.
