What a terrible customer service experience. I purchased a duvet cover then tried to return it (unwashed / unused) and the clerk and manager said it was used - despite evidence that it was not. I’m stuck with the product and won’t be shopping here again!
I bought two bed covers and both of them didn’t have pillow case and I called them and they said come whenever and when I went they are making excuses and telling me to come back again. Very bad customer service
Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Recently purchased a silk duvet and the saleswoman in the store was so patient and kind. I had never ending questions and she literally pulled all of the duvets off the wall and basically tucked my son and I in with each duvet on one of the floor bed to see which one we preferred. We had such a wonderful time and after a few weeks with this duvet, I am in sleeping in HEAVEN. I feel terrible for not remembering your name but on the off chance you read this, I genuinely can’t thank you enough.
