With the closure of the Hudson’s Bay company and previously Home Outfitters, it is becoming very difficult to find locally owned home stores. I found this company a while ago and have purchased several coverlet sets, pillows and of course sheets. The quality is unmatched! The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and there are samples of the fabrics in the store so you can view and feel the products before buying. I hope this store stays around for years to come! Support Canadian and QE Home
Safiah at Chinook went above and beyond. I parked at the "wrong/far" side of the mall (Murphys Law) and I have a disability and use two walking poles. She was so kind to carry the two sheet sets all the way to my car as they would have been very difficult to manage on my own. I would give 10 stars if I could for such customer service! Parking is better at the Boston Pizza side next time ;😉

What a terrible customer service experience. I purchased a duvet cover then tried to return it (unwashed / unused) and the clerk and manager said it was used - despite evidence that it was not. I’m stuck with the product and won’t be shopping here again!
