I wish I had gotten the name of the woman who assisted me on Tuesday afternoon because she was so incredibly helpful! I came in to purchase a new duvet, duvet cover, and sheets to furnish my new bedroom. I know nothing about duvets, and she asked me the right questions, provided useful information, and let me test out several duvets to find the perfect one. Very poor customer service. The store representative, Raman, was extremely unprofessional and had no idea how to speak to customers. She was shouting during the interaction, which was completely unacceptable. I would never return to their store after this experience.
Best Quilts Etc location in Calgary. This store is the largest and carries their premium ‘Portugal’ line. The staff are great and we love the thick duvet covers and stay in place sheets.
