Very poor customer service. The store representative, Raman, was extremely unprofessional and had no idea how to speak to customers. She was shouting during the interaction, which was completely unacceptable. I would never return to their store after this experience.
Best Quilts Etc location in Calgary. This store is the largest and carries their premium ‘Portugal’ line. The staff are great and we love the thick duvet covers and stay in place sheets.
The manager at the Crossiron store is absolutely wonderful to work with. I was assisting my elderly friend to buy new bedding for their new beds and she took all the time to explain and suggest what would work best. Customer service at its finest!
Was gifted a full bed set from QE home, sheets, pillow cases, duvet cover, pillow sham, everything. All 100% cotton. And the sheets are amazing!!!! I have had a lot of bedding over the years, but this bedding is perfect, I get great restful sleep, especially after a long, hard day at the office. I wake up rested and feeling great every morning. UPDATE: Online customer care even worse. “We can offer you a $30 credit and you can donate your item to our recycling program.” A duvet cover that didn’t even last 7 months and priced at $279. No thank you. I purchased a duvet cover and sheets a few months ago. I noticed that the pattern of the duvet cover was not quite centered but I was willing to live with it.
