Very rude customer service. Have quality goods but if you have other options to buy your goods, do not go here. I have purchased a lot of items from here but I only had one time who had an employee that was very committed at their job and helped me with what to purchase at that time. This time was the worst, my kid is with me and this lady keeps glaring at me like “don’t mess the display up” when I’m just trying to find some pillows to purchase. I had a very helpful sales lady last Tuesday. She explained I could return any item to Vernon closer to where I live if something didn’t work out. A sheet that I purchased didn’t work out so I went to return it to Vernon. I was meant by two unfriendly ladies who wanted me to explain why the sheet wouldn’t fit so I explained I buy a king flat for a queen bed, but this one, however, is too large and they were not pleasant about it and told me I couldn’t return it there cause I don’t have anything like that in the store. We just love the quality, patterns and colors of all their products. I avoid going to the store even for picking up the order, not sure why, but the staff seems to be pre-occupied and in a crappy mood every time one of us enters. If the staff was more on the ball and friendly I would certainly give them a 5 star. Eucalyptus Luxe Sheet set, Navy. Palawan Tropical Duvet Cover Set.

Wow! The sheets, duvet and cover are the most amazing I’ve ever owned. The lady who helped me out was so amazing but I didn’t catch her name. Only cashier #33591. Super helpful and I didn’t even know you could “try on” a duvet. Brilliant! 😁
