I am writing to express my frustration regarding a recent purchase. When I was served, the sales clerk informed me of your refund policy, which influenced my decision to buy. However, I later discovered that this policy only applies if the item remains unopened. This is a significant "catch" that should be disclosed clearly at the point of sale. Very rude customer service. Have quality goods but if you have other options to buy your goods, do not go here. I have purchased a lot of items from here but I only had one time who had an employee that was very committed at their job and helped me with what to purchase at that time. I had a very helpful sales lady last Tuesday. She explained I could return any item to Vernon closer to where I live if something didn’t work out. A sheet that I purchased didn’t work out so I went to return it to Vernon.
