Very friendly and helpful
I had a slightly disappointing experience on July 24. I politely asked a store associate (evening)to confirm the price of an item, as I was having trouble understanding the prices. Her response was, “The prices are already written on the board.” While her tone wasn’t irritated, the reply felt a bit dismissive. I only asked because I genuinely couldn’t understand it — not to cause any inconvenience. Also, I wasn’t offered a shopping bag, even though I was willing to pay for one.
