Went in Sunday. Was greeted at the door by very nice lady. Told her exactly what I was looking for. She showed me some duvet covers. When I chose one, she laid it out on the bed. I loved it right away. Great customer service. Visited this store again March 6th. Once again the service was the best. No pressure. Just friendly service by someone who knows their product.

Went in and the ladies working there were down right RUDE. Tried to get help and ask questions and I was completely ignored. All of the reviews on Facebook are also fake and fraudulent to boost their rating (I've reported them all). Do NOT shop here. They do NOT deserve your hard-earned cash and the disgusting behavior of those two old bags is absolutely shameful and frankly embarrassing. If you hate people, hate your job, and can't understand basic customer service, maybe it's time to retire. Or get re-trained by head offic... read more
