I have bought several items from QE. Most recently it was a set of sheets, and a duvet cover with shams. In all encounters of my shopping I found the staff to be very knowledgeable as well as friendly and patient. I love my purchases.
I decided to finally purchase new bedding and wanted to try this shop in the mall. I’ve walked past it over the years but never have gone inside. I’ve usually just bought at big box stores and online. What a great experience. I described exactly what I was wanting and the lady was very knowledgeable and helped me to find a duvet, duvet cover, sheets, pillows and a luxurious new robe. The BEST store to get excellent quality bedding and more! A recent trip to pick up some new styles for spring, turned out to be one of the best customer service experiences we've had. The store was beautifully laid out with everything one could need, and the displays were stunning! Megan and Heather were an absolute delight and so incredibly helpful! I can't thank them enough. Megan helped me pick out the perfect set of bedding for the color of my room that also complimented my paintings. Very impressed!
