I was being picky and the staff was SO kind and accommodating and made sure i ended up happy with exactly what I wanted. Changed duvet/duvet covers for me several times just to make sure. Love their products and its easy to go back every time because the staff was so good to work with. My only tiny complaint is that I dont think the king duvet fits inside the duvet cover... had to buy the super king for my king duvet so it went to all edges.
I would recommend not purchasing any items from QE homes. We purchased a down duvet and spend over 400 on it based on the recommendations from staff. We were looking for an all season duvet insert but within a few nights, we found this insert was way too hot. We stored it in the duvet storage bag provided and the product was not damp or wet. We opened it a few months later and found mold all over the product. We have multiple duvet insert that we care for in the same manner and none of our products purchased from other store... read more
I purchased a mattress pad, got it home and it was flat, gave no extra padding to the mattress at all, I talked with the manager, and she was not willing to stand behind her product, customer service is a 0, I will think twice before buying anything else at this store, I have spent hundreds of dollars on previous purchases, I felt the least they could do is give me a store credit and send it back to the manufacturer
