I have shopped Quilts etc. for many years absolutely my favorite store back when they truly were good quality. Not sure what has happened maybe when they changed to QE?? I did buy my favorite duvet in Walmart much to my surprise and nowhere near the cost if QE.
I cannot begin to explain how amazing of an experience I had on March 28th. I only intended on going to 1 store in the mall which was not QE Home! I am so glad I made a last second decision to walk in that day! I have been wanting to purchase new bedding for a while now, but for some reason I become incredibly indecisive when it comes to buying bedding unless it's the usual bamboo sheets and duvet covers I'm used to. The sheets we bought lasted 4 months before they fell apart. We've bought sheet sets for over a decade here and have never had a quality control issue like this. The team beyond the scenes is making it painful for my wife to try to claim a return or warranty. Hopefully they do better with customer service soon.
We bought a set of white Eucalyptus sheets in the Red Deer, AB Bower Mall location. Very 1st wash, one of the straps detached. Returned it to the store in Red Deer only to be told that we could have 20% off to repair it ourselves or they would have to send it away to repair. No new replacement bottom sheet was offered! Meanwhile, one month later, our new bottom sheet remains in Burnaby, BC awaiting repair with no estimated time of return. Buyers Beware, this place does not honour their product’s quality.
