The ladies at this location were friendly and knowledgeable. The only reason not a 5 star, incorrect measurement on product card, when we purchased the duvet, it was smaller than stated.
I came in yesterday to buy sheets for our new split king bed I was so impressed with the service I received and very happy to find out you actually carry sheets this size. I was impressed with the knowledge of your manager and her smile filled the room. We love the bamboo and the eucalyptus sheets we will be back.
Me and my wife came in today to get 2 new duvets in silk and duvet covers and sheets to match for our spare rooms as company is on the way and we needed new everything. We were helped by Wendy and Shannon, 2 absolutely amazing and knowledgeable ladies so full of information helping us to make the right decisions. Such a great shopping experience!! You can tell these ladies love there jobs. We will definitely be back! 😁
Have purchased sheets, duvet covers and SO pleased with advice given by staff and they enjoyed their time making my purchase perfect. They paid attention to my likes, asked my wall decor. Top quality, made in CANADA ! No more money spent on bedding elsewhere and ending up not liking the product. Very helpful, will always purchase here.
My husband bought a fairly expensive sheet set for our king size bed, around $200. He got the Aruba bamboo sheets as the salesperson sold him on how soft, strong, and cooling the sheets were. The sheets ripped where his feet were after only a few months of use. About as strong as cheap microfiber sheets, which I would never buy. Super disappointing as I've never had such a pricy set of sheets last such a short amount of time.
