I had gone in to look for a duvet and pillow ideas and references. Natalie was very helpful and got me to test the products properly it was a great experience some of the best service I've gotten in any bedding store. They were very personable, and kind.

I bought their popular tencel fitted sheets along with couple of silk pillow covers . Guess what - even after religiously following their instructions around wash and drying. After 3-4 washes, the materials faded, lost its sheen and looks more like an old rag. The sheet I have from Walmart from a year looks better plus it was 1/3rd of your discounted price! Advice to others - save your hard earned money.
I entered the store Friday evening last week just before close. Everybody was closing up in the mall and time had gotten away from me. I expected rudeness to be frank due to my tardiness. Nathalie helped me with a duvet and cover and it was exactly what I needed. It's perfect. She was helpful and did not rush me. It was old school customer service. I will be back for our next bedding needs. Thank you again.
My last two visits to this local were very disappointed. First basically I eas kicked out of the estore because the lady said it was closed already when I was still inside ready to pay and still 2 minutes to deadline. The next, I was on time, but the lady treated me like an ignorant about what I was buying, when the most of our bedding comes from them. I prefer go to London and no comeback there. Please, notice yourself and se less people in the store by now.
