Amazing service provided by Louisel. Most people these days don’t understand the product they are selling but she was so helpful! She knew the material and info about every product and answered all my questions in a helpful and patient manner. She’s very very friendly and deserves a raise. please let go of the district manager. She was extremely rude to her staff and being a straight up Karen. I was extremely uncomfortable with how she was talking to her staff and wanted to leave as soon as possible.
My wife went to this store and came home distraught at how poorly the district manager treats her employees. Would not shop here ever again knowing that behaviour is tolerated by the head office. This is your typical garbage corporation - trying to bleed every last ounce of productivity out of their workers for as little money as possible. That’s demoralizing enough as is, but to have a district manager that humiliates the employees in front of the public? I’ll take my business elsewhere.
The staff are not accomodating at all, December 26, around 7:15 - 7:30 pm at QE Home Southgate Center. Check your CCTV how the staff deal with the customer coming inside your store. 3 staff was circle around the bed in the middle of the store, check the lady how she answered customer inquiry, she was replying without facing me. I think I was not attended because I am not wearing an elegant clothes and doesn’t look that I can’t afford buying.
