I bought a beautiful comforter, when I opened it to see how it would look on my bed, I realized that one of the seams was not right and I went to do an exchange, they got a little upset with me because I changed it, and then I bought some pillows and here I show you how they were deformed but obviously I did not return to the store because since that day I no longer feel welcome since I changed my comforter, the reason for my review is so that you check what you are going to buy before taking it home and you do not have to r... read more
Amazing service provided by Louisel. Most people these days don’t understand the product they are selling but she was so helpful! She knew the material and info about every product and answered all my questions in a helpful and patient manner. She’s very very friendly and deserves a raise. please let go of the district manager. She was extremely rude to her staff and being a straight up Karen. I was extremely uncomfortable with how she was talking to her staff and wanted to leave as soon as possible.
