I was shopping for a client. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They made shopping for new bedding and towels, to spruce up the space, fun.
Lovely products
The employee was very nice and helpful. Showed me what I was asking for and overall friendly. Great and comfortable bedding with so many options. The sales were a plus.
I bought a carchoal infused towel wrap and after the 1st wash it started to unravel. I kept it hoping it was a one time occurrence but found after every wash it unraveled even more. I reached out to QE Home to hopefully get a replacement, but after me emailing multiple times, it was concluded that it wasn't a manufacturing error. Which basically means it was my fault I think, as if I wash my towels by beating them against a rock maybe?
