Too pushy with sales, very stressful. Even after I refused, they kept trying to sell me this and that, which was very annoying. On top of that, they were extremely careless, making mistakes with sizes and quantities. Things that could have been done in one visit ended up requiring the customer to go back and forth several times.

Love my linen store at hill crestmall. Lovely selection of bedding sheets throws duvet covers. Five store for sure and amazing women work there so helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
I had a wonderful experience at QE Home at Hillcrest Mall. The sales team was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient in assisting me with my bedding choices. I especially want to mentioned Loreta who helped me yesterday and and also was assisting previous times. The sheet set I purchased is of excellent quality—soft, comfortable, and beautifully made. They have so many colours and types and all off them up to 50% off:) Highly recommend their products and their outstanding customer service!
Recently, I bought two down pillows from QE Home at Hillcrest Mall. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful, and these pillows are the best I’ve ever had. If you want the best pillows, you definitely need to pay them a visit!
