Terrible website lol. Why do I have to click on each item to find out the price??
Terrible customer service. Bought a product that was (unknowingly) missing a piece and the store refused to give a refund even though it was within the return period. Will never return to this store because they both sold a faulty product and made no attempt to find any sort of solution.
Very bad customer service when I was trying to rectify a issue with something I had bought. I was put off at first, they made me feel that it my problem. I had to be very demanding to get it resolved.
The staff were very helpful and they had really high quality bedding sets. We are super pleased with how silky and smooth they are.
I recommend to ask for Tatiana the next time you’re there. Great products and knowledgeable staff. Tatiana is amazing the first time I went. Very knowledgeable and seems like customer care is number 1 rather than number of sales. To be honest there are some associates who give off a friendly energy but it doesn’t seem genuine - although they are still very knowledgeable and helped me out when I asked for it so they didn’t do anything wrong.
