There is an old lady here as a manager, she absolutely doesn't have any customer service knowledge and she is very rude. She didn't know how to refund my purchase, and when another employee wanted to help, she started yelling at her. Who decided to put this lady as a store manager. Absolutely ridiculous.
Terrible website lol. Why do I have to click on each item to find out the price??
Terrible customer service. Bought a product that was (unknowingly) missing a piece and the store refused to give a refund even though it was within the return period. Will never return to this store because they both sold a faulty product and made no attempt to find any sort of solution.
Very bad customer service when I was trying to rectify a issue with something I had bought. I was put off at first, they made me feel that it my problem. I had to be very demanding to get it resolved.
The staff were very helpful and they had really high quality bedding sets. We are super pleased with how silky and smooth they are.
