I had a wonderful experience shopping at the QE Home. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and made to feel welcome. Donna was incredibly kind, helpful, and patient while I looked for new bed sheets. She took the time to answer my questions and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. It's always appreciated when someone goes above and beyond to provide such genuine, friendly service. Thank you, Donna, for making my shopping experience such a positive one. It really made my day!
I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The first time I came in, I was actually very happy with the service. I had a very bad experience on Sept 21, 2025. I wanted to get a refund for a purchase of $220.00 and they would not give it to me. I do not recommend purchasing anything! I would not give them any stars. I was within the return date. I found that this store did not have much twin selection to choose from. Not the best customer service. Representative did not know her stock!
I honestly want to share my gratitude with the staff and the managers at this store m. I’m beyond grateful and satisfying with my Purchase as for my in-store experience. I’m beyond happy with the product and service that has been offered definitely my go to for upscale shop for house hold design and comfort… you ladies are amazing! Thanks again, looking forward to continuing my service here.
