I had a very bad experience on Sept 21, 2025. I wanted to get a refund for a purchase of $220.00 and they would not give it to me. I do not recommend purchasing anything! I would not give them any stars. I was within the return date. I found that this store did not have much twin selection to choose from. Not the best customer service. Representative did not know her stock!
I honestly want to share my gratitude with the staff and the managers at this store m. I’m beyond grateful and satisfying with my Purchase as for my in-store experience. I’m beyond happy with the product and service that has been offered definitely my go to for upscale shop for house hold design and comfort… you ladies are amazing! Thanks again, looking forward to continuing my service here.
The sales associate was very knowledgeable of the bedding products. She was enthusiastic about helping me decide which colors.....I love all their quality bedding and plan on returning. Their prices are reasonable and I bought a euro pillow.....a cashmere blanket and pillow case for all under $90....I was delighted.
I had a great connection with the manager a couple weeks ago, I came in to purchase some items from her today to find out she no longer works there. Lovely little english lady made that store so bright and cherry! A shame I won't see her again.
Just had the most incredible shopping experience while buying a new duvet. Erin and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful every step of the way. They made me feel so comfortable and really took the time to ensure I understood the products and got to try them out firsthand before buying. I'm so appreciative of their product knowledge and just the overall shopping process. Thank you so VERY much. Sleeping just got so much better!
