I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The first time I came in, I was actually very happy with the service. The employee who helped me was extremely kind, friendly, smiling, and provided one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. She made me feel welcome and because of her great attitude, I wanted to come back and purchase more items from this store. No California king bed sheets
I had a very bad experience on Sept 21, 2025. I wanted to get a refund for a purchase of $220.00 and they would not give it to me. I do not recommend purchasing anything! I would not give them any stars. I was within the return date. I found that this store did not have much twin selection to choose from. Not the best customer service. Representative did not know her stock!
I honestly want to share my gratitude with the staff and the managers at this store m. I’m beyond grateful and satisfying with my Purchase as for my in-store experience. I’m beyond happy with the product and service that has been offered definitely my go to for upscale shop for house hold design and comfort… you ladies are amazing! The sales associate was very knowledgeable of the bedding products. She was enthusiastic about helping me decide which colors.....I love all their quality bedding and plan on returning. Their prices are reasonable and I bought a euro pillow.....a cashmere blanket and pillow case for all under $90....I was delighted.
