Extremely awkward and pushy customer service.
Mary was a massive help! I needed all new bedding and she helped find the right duvet, the right pillows and printed all the care instructions. I don't think it would be as successful if she wasn't there to help!
Went to QE this morning at the mall and was greeted by a large collection of duvets and other bedwear. Store assistant Evelyn was very accomodating and patiently walked me through the sheets. Bought bamboo sheets and so happy with it. Will definitely come back for duvets and covers.
The women who work here need to learn a thing about customer service, proper customer service . They ask you, if you're finding everything okay and if you need help which is great, but when you say you're just looking and you're just browsing, they keep following you telling you to buy this one or that one . You go to pick up a set of sheets and they grab it out of your hand and say, oh here I'll just put that up at the front for you.
