There was one lady. With aug 14 2025 evening. Without glasses. She was not exactly friendly, she mentioned to my mom that the pillow cases are sold in pairs ( and repeated many times). And wanted us to just purchase the blanket not the pillow cases. Had to repeat the request to get the pillow cases. However. The quality of items are good.
I recently purchased bed sheet quilt sets and throws from QE west Ed location and I am extremely impressed with the quality. The sheets are soft yet durable and the throws are beautifully crafted. Bought 3 for each of my kids and they loved the glow in the dark ones. Highly recommend this store to anyone seeking premium bedding products! Plus, staff are very accommodating and friendly :)
Woman with red hair told her employees to not lay out any sheets for us or offer to show us anything because we were waiting for parents to come (we are 22 btw but they were getting the sheets for themselves) and after that we over heard them calling us thrives criminals and more just cause we are brown. Read this and save your time this store needs to fire its manager and its employees
