The Chinese staff with red lipstick was really unfriendly. I only asked a few questions, but her attitude was very rude and impatient. Isn’t her job to help customers and explain the products? I’m not sure what I did to upset her.
Cheryl was really kind, excellent attention and service. She helped me with prices of pillows and also let me try each of them. Thank u 🫶

The customer service I received in store at this location was both professional and understanding on two separate occasions. Both Vicky and Tammy did their best at listening and understanding my situation with the product defect I was hoping to resolve. In the end, they helped me with a solution and were kind enough to clarify the misunderstanding I had on my part. Thank you for your help! I will be coming back to this location for my future needs!
