I had a terrible experience ordering from here this holiday season. I placed two orders, one for in-store pickup and one for home delivery. For the in-store pickup, I placed the order before the deadline for pickup by Christmas Day yet it never arrived in time. I spoke with online support who told me it was ready for pickup on Boxing Day yet when I arrive it still wasn't ready. For the home delivery, it just never arrived or was delivered to the wrong address.
Since this store opened, I’ve been a regular customer. I buy almost all of my bedding from comforters and more here because I like the quality of your products. However, last week I had a very unpleasant experience with an Asian female associate with below-shoulder-length hair. My friend and I entered the store hoping to find a blanket, sheets, and some pillows. I'm wondering how long I would have had to stand there in front of the sheet sets before someone would have come over to help me. There were 3 sales associates chatting behind the counter and even after making eye contact no one came over. Yes, I could've asked, but after 10 minutes, I really didn't want to give them my money. 🤷♀️
Poor service! The staff is lazy to illustrate their products to customers. I will never buy anything from this store.
