Great place! As a college freshman, I found everything I needed for my college dorm bed from blanket and pillow covers to sheets. The staff there are very helpful too!
I had a fantastic experience at this store in Metrotown! I purchased a bed sheet, a duvet cover, and a silk duvet, and I’m absolutely delighted with the quality. The staff were incredibly patient and helpful, making the whole shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone in need of high-quality bedding! Five stars!
Amazing quality tencel sheets and duvet covers. Decent selection of designs too. Mandy was very knowledgeable on materials/care and great overall customer service. Very enjoyable purchase experience.
Recently purchased a quilt set which I love, it’s soft and exactly what I was looking for. Staff were helpful pre & post sale — they were happy to exchange the original damaged set with a fresh piece when I returned within 25 mins.
A few months ago on a Sunday, my daughter and her friends were shopping at QE Home Metrotown Mall. They accidentally spilled a drink on the floor, and the staff asked them to clean it up. So, my daughter and her friends did as they were told. I felt very upset and emailed the company about the incident. While the company replied with an apology, no action was taken regarding the employee.
