I am a local charter captain and had my Rhodan trolling motor go down between charters. I contacted QCS to inquire about a part and ask for a quick turnaround. The service I received was impeccable. During the process I spoke to 3 different employees. I found all to be knowledgeable, helpful and highly professional. Each went out of their way to help me get back on the water. Outstanding customer service and quality work. QCS did an excellent job on installing my electronics. I highly recommend them. Mark and the guys were very friendly. Explained everything down to a beginner level for me to understand. I have a Bonafide XTR 130 kayak. Not a lot of places were willing to work on it, but the guys here did an excellent job. QCS will always have my business as well as recommendation. Thanks guys for helping me deck out my kayak and for helping to make a dream come true for me.
The reviews looked good on here but unfortunately it didn’t turn out that way for me. This place is very unorganized and lacked experience, I had to bring boat back multiple times. I finally just cut my losses and went somewhere else.
Josh and Mark know their stuff. He went above and beyond to get me back on the water. I would strongly recommend them for any boating electronics and Rhodan Trolling motor repairs. I just had 2x12” Simrads installed and they really know what customer service is all about. They are very skilled and very fair to do business with.
