Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Aaron Smith has closed up shop but after taking a lot of peoples $$$ including my parents, he has opened a new business apparently and told them Qblinds is in liquidation. New company is Tailored Shade, stay away.
Worst service and communication I have ever encountered stay well away from this company Aaron the owner is a scammer and liar He needs to be stopped so many reviews identical to mine . I handed over $4,000 in January 26 and from that date I was the only communicator Like everyone else just fed lies via emails Now almost end of May and I’m still waiting I will now do whatever possible to save others Also working under another name Tailored shade STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE MINUS STARS
Save your time and money.. DO NOT use this company. They took my deposit and said 4 weeks to install. 3 months later they installed the blinds but not the way they quoted. and had to return 4 times to get the install done so it didn't look like a school kid did it in shop class. A few months later one of the blinds blew down, as it was not fasted correctly. after a few phone calls they came out and removed it. since then they have not answered any calls or emails.. nothing.. i have tried for months... DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. The owner Aaron is a scammer and constantly lies. Took months for our blinds to be installed only from us chasing it up the whole time. First install was terrible quality, they marked all of our walls and the fabric was loose and flapping in the wind. 5 months later we are still waiting for defects to be rectified with Aaron providing every excuse possible. Don't not use. They refuse to fix an installation issue they caused. Once the money hits their account your dead to them.
