I have been going here for a few years now and have been treated with such warm hospitality and professionalism. The office is clean, well managed and the tax preparer is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about new tax laws and changes. I have nothing but positive feedback on my experiences over the year’s. Customers can also enjoy coffee, tea and / or light refreshments while having their taxes prepared.
Mrs. Joanne was very professional and helpful while helping me with my business and personal taxes. She also has an array of financial tools to further assist me throughout the year. Amazing experience 2 years in a row!
After being stood up for an appointment with another tax service, I called Q & P Tax Services. I spoke with Joann who made an appointment to see me later the same day. Professional, pleasant and answered any questions I had. She quickly prepared my taxes. Exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend Q & P Tax Services, if you are looking for someone to prepare your taxes.
