She was very strict and came across as quite arrogant. As I was walking into her office with my cane, she scolded me for not standing up straight. I explained that I was in pain, but she bluntly replied that I had to straighten my body no matter what. She then put me in a treatment room and simply finished her work without saying much. It's a great place both of them are very nice and skilled none of it hurt except for 1 of them bit I highly recommend this place
