Went in today for my first session, and was so surprised by the amazing customer service displayed by the manager Scott! I felt so comfortable on the machines, and so welcome. Will 100% be returning, lovely and clean facilities, and the staff were exceptional! :)

Decent gym it's got everything you need, gym,pool and sauna.
Terrible place at will not be back. I took my plus sized daughter there only to have an imbecile laugh at her and insult her because of her size. I over heard her clearly and asked her to apologise only to be told ‘who are you?’ And ‘mind my own business’. Well as her mother it is my business so went to report this horrid individual only to be told the she is ‘the manager’ I am absolutely astounded that someone of such low calibre would be not only employed there but be put in charge.
