My girlfriend has a checking account at Pyramid Federal Credit Union and realized shortly after purchasing a product on Facebook that she was being taken!! We went to the Houghton Rd. branch and met with Katie P. (Assistant branch manager) who was so friendly, understanding and helpful. She helped to relax my girl and take care of the problem and issue her a new card almost instantly. Katie is an invaluable resource for this business as well as her customers. Thanks Katie!!!
I have always received exceptional customer service by the tellers and most recently by the assistant branch manager who helped us with our loan. Pyramid FCU answers their customer's phone calls timely by having their call center associates answering all calls from their headquarters right in Tucson. We appreciate the hometown feeling we get when visiting any of their branches. We hope they keep their customer-centric focus.
