I can’t say enough amazing things about Dr. Jon Pyndus and his acupuncture practice. He takes the time to truly listen, explain the process, and tailor each session to what your body actually needs. He is incredibly knowledgeable, and his approach is thoughtful, intuitive, and results-driven. I noticed improvements in my stress levels, mood, and chronic low back pain much faster than I expected. Every visit leaves me feeling grounded and refreshed. If you’re even considering acupuncture, I would highly recommend Dr. Jon!

Japanese acupuncture is a refined style of traditional medicine that uses very fine needles and gentle insertion techniques, with a strong emphasis on palpation for diagnosis. The practice was introduced to Japan from China in the 6th century and has since developed its own specialized techniques, including non-insertion methods and a focus on balancing the body's energy flow (ki or qi) through methods like Toyo Hari and Hari styles.

Appling suction directly over nerve-dense ar... read more

I was not getting results from months of medicine for a particular inflammatory condition from my primary doctor, I was therefore amazed how well and quickly it was reduced and then ceased at Pyndus Acupuncture & Wellness. Moreover I could have several issues addressed at once; said condition, sleep trouble, physical pain, emotional issues and general stress all within one session. Each visit was a unique and relaxing experience helping in expected and unexpected ways as I was new to acupuncture. Dr. Jon as I have come to kn... read more
