Very inexperienced when it comes to choosing the correct dyes to send. Instead of correcting the problem they chose not to do business because we are under the impression they just didn't have a clue. The Vice President himself chose to put blame on our company instead of his company for being unexperienced when it came to cosmetics and which dyes to send for those cosmetics. We are conducting a life cycle assssment of one of our products that contains a dye from Pylam. When we asked for information on the ingredient we purchase, instead of simply saying it's proprietary, the VP responded with "Maybe you should do your own studies". Which is kind of a bizarre answer but that's no way to respond to a customer who is simply looking to improve the environmental impact of their products.
