Even though a couple friends have recommended PXG previously, yesterday was my first visit. I was in Scottsdale visiting my daughter & SIL and I was wanting to look at a 9-wood. Perfect timing right? Yea, but I was still a little skeptical to be honest. Enter the front door and I quickly realized that I was in a big name store, yet it had a small name feel (mom & pop store if you will). I bought my clubs 2.5 years ago, and the wedge broke. PXG said it's out of warranty for the shaft (true temper), since they don't manufacture the shafts—lifetime warranty for the head only. If you don't stand behind the entire product you sell, then I'm saying goodbye to PXG, too many other golf brands that take pride in what they make and sell.
