They take forever to ship and will never reply to any message that you send.
UPDATE So to be honest -- less than 1 month turnaround is good for this kind of work. Obviously way more than the 2-3 days turnaround the website quotes, they should update that! My engine was returned reasonably packed and cleaned. Purchased reman engine on the 5th after talking to sales. My engine arrived at their shop on the 9th. With a promised 2-3 day turnaround my engine would have been shipped on the 11th or 14th. It's now the 24th - I've heard nothing and my calls go to voicemail.

This company is dishonest I purchased a water impeller for $62 + through Amazon prime with free shipping and they added $72 dollars for shipping and handling Buyers beware of doing business with this company!
Ordered a rebuild kit from them for a 225 Yamaha outboard.before shipping it out they called to because the .010 pistons I ordered weren't available anymore but are still listed on there site. I had already had the machine shop bore to 10thou over. So I had to pay again to have them bore to 20thou. Shipping took about 2 weeks. One of the pistons was dropped so I ordered a second 20thou over piston. That shipping took over two weeks. And they sent a std piston. So I contacted them and they weren't very helpful.
