PWB Bancshares assets total more than $90 million. The bank was established in 1903 as Wausaukee State Bank. In 1933, it merged with Pembine State Bank and thus became Pembine Wausaukee Bank. A branch office in Crivitz was added in 1944 and the name was changed once again to Bank North.
