You would think that after calling about two separate times that the bus drivers did not stop at my bus stop that PVTA would do something about it, but it just keeps happening. The worst part is? They were running early and didn’t abide by the posted timetable for that route and there were no warnings on the bus tracker app. Hire better, more responsible drivers and call center people.
Very horrible
