We have had PVT DSL Internet in Cloudcroft for 8-years and the reliability and customer service have been excellent all during that time. Today the PVT Installers (Nate, Shelby, & Josh) finished our fiber upgrade into the house in about an hour and had us up and running. They were very professional, friendly, and answered all our questions. They are the right young men to represent PVT and interface with the customer. Have to agree with all of the negative reviews. We had DSL internet for some years with PVT. Finally went to TMobile Home Internet, and we returned our DSL modem in person to PVT at the Cloud Country location in Mayhill. For a year and a half, they kept sending us monthly statements (despite our cancelling our account), with a $46.00 credit balance. We wanted to get the monthly statement mailings stopped, so went back to the CC office to get the refund. They then kept our $45.00 deposit because of an 'accounting' mistake on ... read more
Because of DLS connections, the situation was poor. We lived with this pain for years. PVT post Covid was able to get the fiber connection rolled out to our area and internet service has been excellent. Through all this, PVT service personnel have always been helpful.
